Ethnetche Tae-hwan, head of NCS specialized company, and Baek Chang-gi, professor of the Pohang Institute of Technology, succeeded in developing the "thermal module reliability analysis," "thermal module electrical (current, voltage, electric power) and thermal characteristics measurement," and "real-time thermoelectric module power generation monitoring and failure diagnosis" technology for developing the silicon semiconductor ICT technology-based thermoelectric power generation system that can economically recover the waste heat source in the air temperature range (250-400℃).
