Article 1 (Purpose)

This agreement defines the rights, obligations and responsibilities of cyber malls and users in using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as ) provided by S-Net (hereinafter referred to as the 'Mall') operated by an e-commerce operator. For the purpose.

Article 2 (Definition)

  1. ① 'Mall' means a fictitious place of business that is set up so that Snet Company may trade goods, etc. using information and communication facilities, such as computers, in order to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as 'Goods, etc.') to users. It is also used as a means of operating a cyber mall.
  2. ② 'User' refers to members and non-members who access the 'Mall' and receive the services provided by the 'Mall' in accordance with this agreement.
  3. ③ 'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the 'Mall', who is continuously provided with 'Mall' information, and who can continue to use the services provided by the 'Mall'.
  4. ④ 'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the services provided by the 'Mall' without joining the member.

Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

  1. ① 'Mall' means the contents of this agreement, company name and representative's name, address of business location (including address where customer's complaint can be handled), telephone number, e-mail address, business registration number, telecommunications dealer report number, Personal information managers are posted on the initial service screen (front) of the 'Mall' so that users can easily know. However, the contents of the agreement can be viewed by the user through the connection screen.
  2. ② 'Mall' provides a separate connection screen or pop-up screen to allow the user to understand important contents such as subscription withdrawal, delivery liability, and refund conditions before the user agrees to the Terms. You should ask for confirmation.
  3. ③ 'Mall' violates laws related to consumer protection in electronic commerce, laws governing the terms and conditions, basic laws of electronic commerce, electronic signature law, law on the promotion of the use of information and communication networks, laws on door-to-door sales, laws on consumer protection, etc. You may revise these Terms without doing so.
  4. ④ In case the 'Mall' revises the agreement, specify the date of application and the reason for the revision. We will notify you from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date. However, if the contents of the Terms are changed against the User, the notice shall be given at least 30 days prior grace period. In this case, 'Mall' clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them for easy understanding.
  5. ⑤ When the Mall revises the Terms, the revised Terms will be applied only to the contract concluded after the effective date.
    For agreements already concluded before then, the pre-revision terms and conditions will still apply. However, if a user who has already signed a contract sends a wish to the 'mall' within the notice period of the amendment agreement under paragraph 3 and receives the consent of the 'mall', the provision of the amendment provision shall apply.   6. ⑥ For the matters not defined in this agreement and the interpretation of this agreement, the consumer protection guidelines in electronic commerce, etc. Follow.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

  1. ① 'Mall' performs the following tasks.
    1. 1. Provide information on goods or services and conclude purchase contracts
    2. 2. Delivery of goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded
    3. 3. Other tasks prescribed by the 'mall'
  2. ② The Mall may change the contents of the goods or services to be provided by a contract to be concluded in the event of a sold-out of goods or services or a change in technical specifications. In this case, the details of the goods or services that have changed and the date of delivery will be given and immediately informed where the contents of the current goods or services are posted.
  3. ③ The Mall shall provide the contents of the services contracted with the User to provide out of stock or technical specifications such as goods.
    In case of change for reasons such as change, the reason will be notified immediately to the address where the user can be notified.
  4. ④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, the 'mall' shall compensate for the damages suffered by the user. However, this does not apply if the 'mall' proves to be free of intention or negligence.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

  1. ① 'Mall' may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of telecommunications equipment such as computers, or loss of communication.
  2. ② The Mall shall reimburse any damages suffered by the user or a third party due to the temporary suspension of the provision of the Services for the reason of Paragraph (1). This does not apply if the Mall proves intentional or negligent.
  3. ③ If the service cannot be provided due to the change of business items, abandonment of business, or consolidation between companies, the Mall shall notify the User in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Mall. Article 6 (membership registration)

  1. ① The User shall apply for membership by filling in the member information according to the 'Mall' registration form and expressing his / her intention to agree to these terms.
  2. ② Mall' shall register as a member unless the following applies among the users who apply to join as a member as described in Paragraph 1.

Article 7 (withdrawal of membership and disqualification)

  1. ① The member can request the withdrawal at any time from the 'mall', and the 'mall' immediately handles the withdrawal.
  2. ② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the Mall may restrict or suspend membership.
    1. 1. If false information is registered at the time of application
    2. 2. If the member does not pay the debts borne by the member in connection with the payment of goods purchased through the 'mall' or other use of the 'mall' at the due date;
    3. 3. Threatens the e-commerce order by interfering with other people's use of the 'mall' or by stealing the information.
    4. 4. In the case of using the 'mall' to prohibit the law or these terms and conditions or contravene public order and morals
  3. ③ If the 'Mall' restricts or suspends membership, 'Mall' may lose its membership if the same act is repeated more than once or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days.
  4. ④ If 'Mall' loses membership, membership registration will be cancelled. In this case, the member will be notified and given the opportunity to call at least 30 days before the end of membership registration.

Article 8 (Notice to Members)

  1. ① If the 'mall' notifies the member, it can be made to the e-mail address designated by the member in advance with the 'mall'.
  2. ② 'Mall' can be replaced with individual notice by posting on 'Mall' bulletin board for more than one week in case of notice to unspecified majority members. However, individual notice shall be given of matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transactions.

Article 9 (Application for Purchase)

'Mall' users apply for purchases in the 'Mall' by the following or similar methods, and 'Mall' must provide each of the following contents clearly in order to apply for purchase. However, if you are a member, you can exclude the application of the second to fourth.

Article 10 (Establishment of Contract)

  1. ① 'Mall' may not approve the application for purchase as described in Article 9 below. However, if you enter into a contract with a minor, you must notify the minor or his / her legal representative that the contract may be canceled if the legal representative does not obtain the consent.

Article 11 (Method of Payment)

Payment for goods or services purchased in the Mall may be made by any of the following methods. However, the Mall may not collect any nominal fees on the payment of goods, etc. for the user's payment method.

    2. 2. Payment of various cards such as prepaid card, debit card, credit card, etc.

Article 12 (Notification of Receipt Confirmation, Change and Cancellation of Purchase Request)

  1. ① 'Mall' will notify the user of acknowledgment when there is a user's request for purchase.
  2. ② The user who has received the confirmation notice may request a change and cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the confirmation notice. Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

  1. ① The Mall shall take necessary measures such as order production, packaging, etc. so that the user can deliver the goods within 7 days from the date of the subscription, unless otherwise agreed on the timing of supply of the user and the goods. However, if the Mall has already received all or part of the payment of goods, etc. action shall be taken within two business days from the date of receiving all or part of the payment. At this time, the mall will take appropriate measures to ensure that the user can check the supply process and progress of the goods.
  2. ② 'Mall' specifies the means of delivery, the person responsible for the cost of delivery by means, and the delivery period by means of the goods purchased by the user. If the 'Mall' exceeds the contracted delivery period, the user shall be compensated for the loss.

Article 14 (Refund)

The Mall shall not be delayed when the goods requested by the User cannot be delivered or provided for reasons of out of stock.
If the user is notified of the reason and received the payment of goods in advance, we will refund or take necessary measures within two business days from the date of receipt of the payment.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)

  1. ① A user who has entered into a contract for the purchase of goods, etc., with the 'Mall' may withdraw the subscription within 7 days of receiving the notification of receipt confirmation.
  2. ② The user may not return or exchange goods if he / she has received the goods.
    1. 1. If the goods are lost or damaged due to the responsibility of the user (However, if the packing is damaged in order to check the contents of the goods, the offer may be withdrawn)
    2. 2. The value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly due to the use of the user or consumption of some.
    3. 3. If the value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time;
    4. 4. In the event that copying is possible with goods having the same performance, the packaging of the original goods is damaged.
  3. ③ In case of Paragraph 2 (2) to (4), the user withdraws the subscription if the Mall does not specify the fact that the withdrawal of the subscription is restricted in advance and the user does not take measures such as providing trial products. Etc. are not limited.
  4. ④ Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraphs (1) and (2), the User shall not be aware of the fact within three months from the date of receipt of the Goods, if the Goods, etc., differ from the contents of the Display / Advertisement or otherwise are executed. Article 16 (Effect of Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)

  1. ① 'Mall' refunds the goods already paid within 3 business days if the goods are returned from the user. In this case, when the Mall delays the refund of goods, etc., the delayed payment calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate determined and announced by the Fair Trade Commission will be paid for the delayed period.
  2. ② In the case of refunding the above payment, the Mall shall immediately suspend the payment of the goods by the company that provided the means of payment when the user paid for the goods, etc. by means of payment such as credit card or electronic money. Or ask to cancel.
  3. ③ In the case of withdrawal of subscription, the user shall bear the cost of returning the goods. The Mall will not charge you for penalties or damages for reasons such as withdrawal of subscription. However, if the contents of goods, etc. are different from those displayed or advertised, or are executed differently from the contents of the contract, the withdrawal, etc. shall be borne by the Mall.
  4. ④ If the user bears the shipping cost when receiving the goods, the 'mall' clearly indicates who is responsible for the cost when the subscription is withdrawn.

Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)

  1. ① 'Mall' collects the minimum information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract when collecting the user's information. The following items are mandatory and others are optional.

  5. ⑤ The user can request to read and correct the personal information of the 'mall' at any time, and the 'mall' is obliged to take necessary measures without delay. If the user requests correction of the error, the Mall will not use the personal information until the error is corrected.
  6. ⑥ The 'Mall' limits the number of administrators to protect personal information and minimizes the number and takes full responsibility for the user's damages caused by loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of the user's personal information including credit cards and bank accounts. Lose.
  7. ⑦ 'Mall' or a third party who has received personal information from it will destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information is achieved.

Article 18 (Obligation of "Mall")

  1. ① 'Mall' shall not be prohibited by law or this agreement or contrary to public order and morals.
    Therefore, we must do our best to provide goods and services continuously and reliably.
  2. ② 'Mall' must have a security system to protect the user's personal information (including credit information) so that the user can use the Internet service safely.
  3. ③ The Mall shall be responsible for reimbursement of the User for any damages caused by unfair labeling or advertising activities prescribed in Article 3 of the Act on the Fairness of Labeling and Advertising of Goods or Services.
  4. ④ 'Mall' does not send advertising e-mail for commercial purposes that you do not want.

Article 19 (Obligation for Member ID and Password)

  1. ① Except in the case of Article 17, the member is responsible for managing ID and password.
  2. ② Members should not let their third party use their ID and password.
  3. ③ If a member recognizes that his / her ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, he / she shall immediately notify the mall and follow the instructions of the mall.

Article 20 (Obligations of the User) The User shall not do the following acts.

    4. 4. Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than the information prescribed by the Mall.

    7. 7. Disclosing or posting in the Mall obscene or violent messages, video, audio, or other information contrary to public morals.

Article 21 (Relationship between Linked "Mall" and Linked "Mall")

  1. ① When the upper 'mall' and the lower 'mall' are connected by a hyperlink (for example, the target of the hyperlink includes text, pictures, and moving images), the former is called a linking 'mall' (website). This connection is called the "mall" (website).
  2. ② If the 'mall' refers to the initial screen of the 'mall' or the pop-up screen at the time of connection, it means that the 'mall' does not take any responsibility for the transaction with the user due to the goods provided by the linked 'mall'. No liability is assumed for the transaction.

Article 22 (Restrictions on Use and Restriction of Copyright)

  1. ① Copyright and intellectual property rights of the work created by 'Mall' belong to 'Mall'.
  2. ② The user may use the information obtained through the use of the Mall for information for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without the prior consent of the Mall without the prior consent of the Mall.   3. ③ 'Mall' shall notify the user when using copyright belonging to the user according to the agreement.

Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. ① 'Mall' will install and operate a damage compensation processing mechanism to reflect fair opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damages.
  2. ② 'Mall' will first deal with complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user will be notified immediately of the reason and processing schedule.
  3. ③ If there is a request for remedy for damages of the user related to the e-commerce dispute between the Mall and the user, it may be subject to the mediation of the dispute mediation agency requested by the Fair Trade Commission or the city or provincial governor.

Article 24 (Rights and Governing Law)

  1. ① Lawsuits related to e-commerce disputes between the 'mall' and the user shall be based on the address of the user at the time of filing. If there is no address, it shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the residence. However, if the user's address or residence is not clear at the time of filing, or if he is a foreign resident, he / she will file a complaint with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Law.
  2. ② Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the Mall and users.
